Hydroseeding
& Grass Seeding.
Seeding is a budget-friendly way to establish a lawn, especially on large areas, slopes and new-construction lots. TerraSummit Earthworks grades and prepares the soil, then seeds or hydroseeds the area across Utah County and Salt Lake County.
Sod or seed?
Sod gives you a finished lawn the same day. Seed and hydroseed cost less per square foot and work well for large or sloped areas, but take a season to fill in. We’ll help you pick what fits the project.

01
Ground prep
We grade and level the property first, so water drains the right way and everything built on top stays put.
02
Build
Retaining walls go up block by block, then patios, walkways and hardscaping are laid on a solid base.
03
Finish
Sod rolls out, plants go in and water features come on.
04
Maintain
Then we keep it looking that way, with lawn care, aeration and seasonal cleanup.
It depends on the season and watering, but expect several weeks before it looks like a lawn and longer to fully fill in.
Yes. The mulch in the mix helps hold seed and moisture in place on sloped ground.
Quotes are free. Send the estimate form, or call or text 801-645-0902, and we’ll set up a time to look at the property.
